This year, America celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. 2019 also marks the 20th anniversary of Homer Hickam’s classic Rocket Boys first reaching #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list, the release of the hit film October Sky based on the Rocket Boys story and West Virginia's Rocket Boys Festival!
Be a part of Rocket Boys history as master storyteller Homer Hickam shares behind the scenes stories and readings from Rocket Boys, interwoven with key songs from ROCKET BOYS THE MUSICAL, performed by Las Vegas entertainer Rhayne Thomas (Elsie) and Broadway veteran and show co-creator Carl Anthony Tramon (Sonny). Plus, singer/songwriter Jon Wikstrom will debut a brand new musical tribute to Homer’s latest best seller CARRYING ALBERT HOME.
Each attendee will have opportunity to meet and take photos with Homer Hickam and the ROCKET BOYS-SONGS AND STORIES cast!
